Google Chrome and Flash Player

Today I'm having problems using Chrome and trying to view anything from the beeb website be it clips or iplayer.   

WTF ???

Chrome now has it's own inbuilt flash player rather than using the normal one. If you try to download flash from the adobe site there is a link explaining how to enable/disable the flash player.

Toget to the page you need you should type  about:plugins into the browser address bar.

Hmm, how did this get into the wrong board?    Very strange.

I've managed to download flash player now and it works.   What is strange though is that it's been working fine for quite a while without interference.

Bloody software releases otherwise known as the Nat West Effect...
