Just goes to show that skill is still the overriding factor in downhill, when they get the track right!
That and there are ways to propel a bike that don't involve pedals (pulling up at the right moment on the bumps and things).
Well... That is what I mean by skill
being able to work the trail is a massive part of mountain biking which many people don't really pick up on.
The problems come on tracks like Pietermaritsburg, where there is over a minute of pedalling. It just ruins downhill racing.
