used to have a BLT firewire, it was very good. Only sold it 'cos i got an ayup set for mtbing and it doubles for road use.
Good thing about the BLT is it's fairly elegant, the stick battery can go alongside a bottle cage (I borrowed a bracket from somewhere and had it permanently bolted on with a cable tie at the top, can then just get the AA batteries out to charge them)
