No bikes involved, I just failed to notice the pothole in the road while I was running this evening, twisted my ankle and landed knee and hand first. Muppet.

Feeling great.
I spent time in two busy towns today, both with pedestrianised streets full of cheery people - plus flower displays, market stalls, dancers and singers.

This is a wonderful place to live, you know.
