Which is nice given that my current one is flakier than a nuclear strike on a Kellogg's factory and their Ts&Cs mean I can't use my own router
I can't fault their actual service, since I'm getting more bandwidth than I ever got when I was with Demon despite being a long way from the exchange, but their customer service is absolutely fucking dreadful.
1 - except they're not scripts any more, they're 'call flow charts'
