This looks like an interesting one.

Jenny Jones is leading the London Assembly's investigation into 20mph zones in London.

London Assembly Transport Committee - Review of 20mph limits

Review of 20mph limits on London’s roads

Quote
Are 20mph zones making a difference? Should more zones be introduced or are there more effective methods that could be deployed to reduce the number of casualties and fatalities on the streets of the capital? Are borough or even London-wide default 20mph limits on all residential streets a viable option?

If you want to contribute to the investigation (and we know the motor lobby will be) you should phone or email the London Assembly using the contact details via the link.
