Beano artist responsible for the Bash Street Kids amongst others.

The current b3ta weekly challenge happens to be D C Thomson comics, with a lot of Bash Street content.
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.

I don't think he looked at anything else in the Beano, but the BSK's were one of my dad's favourites.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

My second favourite tea mug has a Dennis the Menace cartoon on it. A fairly old one, judging by the style. A present from my sister many years ago.

Bash Street exists and is, of course, in Dundee.  More of an alley, really, but it's the thought that counts.
