just to let you now that this years' Straight Outta Hackney will be on the 09-Sep-2023

Usual routine:  City to Country and visa versa transitions/ACH operated controls/pub finish/barbeque/Moroccan vegetarian fayre/exotic fruit/beer

Yes, the downloadable route on the Audax website.  The barbecue is unmissable.

The route sheet and GPS track are in the AUK website for you to download. If you have an email confirming your entry and/or you can see the event under "upcoming rides" when you login to your account then you are definitely entered. I don't think all organisers send a mail to participants pre event if all information is available and still correct.

Hello folks
be sure that Straight Outta Hackney remains well and truly on.

All required info is on the AUK Web.  The gpx is also on there as usual.  The route is the same as last years because there was no requirement to change it.

Nothing more to add but broke Radio Silence to reassure, and will now need to RE LOC due to possible DF

PS The beer is chilling and the ingredients for the Harira are all here;  I'm cooking it tomorrow evening as is the usual routine.  The ACH WAGs are on Flapjack duty and did I sat that the beer was chilling..?
