Just awaiting delivery of the most ridiculously expensive seatpost , in fact it's so expensive I"m actually embarrassed !   It does have a carbon fibre remote control lever that doubles as an integrated lock on for my grips though!

Thomson dropper post, perchance?

I've just bought myself a Wildcat Gear handlebar harness - whilst I'm waiting for it to turn up I can have a think about how I can fettle my lighting setup so that it illuminates the trail rather than the contents of the handlebar harness.

KS Lev.  Cable into the body rather than the moving post. Allows much neater cable management. Still eye-wateringly expensive though

Yep, you're not wrong there ... think I'll stick with comically fat tyres to provide rear suspension ;)

Its not for suspension!  Its going on a full susser anyway.  Its to move the post out of the way on drops and descents for better and safer bike handling.   Until these appeared people did it by stopping at the top and using the QR seatclamp.   These are much easier and do make riding safer

Yep - I've just realised that.
I saw "Travel: 125mm" in the spec and my brain went off and did its own thing.

Is it home time yet?

Ordered myself a handlebar sling from Wildcat Gear (http://wildcatgear.co.uk) - bikepacking kit is almost complete, or at least it will be when the frame bags turn up ;)

A pair of cheap LED '240 lumen' torches with bike mounts. Should do for the winter rides with Peter.

Nice new wet black Ritchey WCS bar and stem for poshing up the audax bike.... it's giving me an unsavoury desire for a frame re-fin in gloss black though.

A SON28 Klassik black hub centred, hopefully, in an Exal LX17 rim. For the pompino and as a spare for when the first SON28, on the galaxy, has to go to Germany for service.

A £16 aldi cycling soft shell.

It's my first bit of proper cycling clothing (apart from shoes).

A set of Avid Speed Dial 7 V-brake levers - a more flat-bar friendly replacement for the Diacompe 287Vs I've just sold ;)

A pair of worn once Lake MX-101s have arrived today, I shall try them (the cheap option at ~£20) before I decide if I want to splash out £80 on a pair of Polaris Splinters.

Genesis Fortitude Adventure frame and forks and singlespeed 29er rear wheel.

£500 spent before I've even had breakfast. Must be a record (for me, at least)

2 white tread Vittoria Zaffiros - My 16yr old daughter wants a road bike. There's a Raleigh Pursuit frame in the garage so I've started to dig out spares and get the parts needed to rebuild it - she wants white tyres, saddle and bar tape - I think she may be a hipster  :-\

Brooks B!7 in brown, new, for £45 + a modest charge for postage - too good to miss now that they're £69.99 + post everywhere I've looked in the last week.
