I wouldn't

The biggest issue is the hub.  There's no info there on it, and that probably means it's a generic no-name pile of crap.

There are some good budget hubs - Formula/SystemX, One-One/Kogswell and a couple of others.  I'd not look at anything that was not at least of that quality.

Kind of WSO territory.

Get a cheapy on-one or system-EX hub and have your LBS build it up on a bog standard open pro or similar.

You'd also need to check that the hub is the same width as distance between your rear dropouts (OLN).
