Cyclocross/touring bike

Having been one of the very small number of people who actually managed to find a job in recent times, I'm now looking at taking part in a cycle to work scheme. The bike I was after was a cyclocross bike with disc brakes* and the ability to use it as a rear rack only touring bike. The plan was to get something made by Enigma. They've now told me that they don't really like doing custom stuff any more.

My problem is that I've got long legs and short torso (59cm seat tube and 53 top on my last custom). I'm not that much of a serious racer off road, so it doesn't need to be too fancy, although I would like it to last for a while.

What do people recommend?

*I know it's not UCI legal, but I'm not planning on competing at top level so that doesn't matter.
