Allergic to Switzerland?
« on: 02 July, 2008, 05:21:31 pm »
Since being in Zurich for 24 hours I have developed a very bad runny nose, itchy, watering eyes, severe lethargy, and a sneeze.

I don't feel to have a cold. Could I be allergic to Switzerland?  ???

I've been in an all-day meeting all, erm, day, and haven't really touched food let alone chocolate!  :'(

Don't be silly you can't be allergic to a country. More likely it's population...

Trust me, I'm a xenophobe :D

Nope, it's not a cold. It's an allergic reaction, I'm sure.  >:(

It's the Toblerone.  Take some immediately to boost your defences.

Did you treat yourself to any new perfume/skin cream/deodorant/shampoo/clothing at the duty-free? Is someone using air freshener around you?

No new creams, and I'm not a perfume person: hate the foul stuff.

It's better today since the rain came. I think it was hayfever. Lots of yellow pollen-like 'bits' flying about in the air when it was very hot.
