Anyone going on a ride to catch* the Milk Race Tour of Britain?

I'm thinking of riding up from Cardiff to Storey Arms on Friday 14th. Need to reach there about 1ish. Or Caerphilly if I'm feeling lazy.

Riding from Ely (well, not quite - getting lift to work to limit mileage for one of our party) to The Angel, Swanton Morley to see stage 1. Apparently, apart from beer, there is food at The Angel all day, and it is one of the KOM finishes (I think).
