Razor blades

Why do some blades seem very sharp and some not so, when supplied in the same packet?

Because some of them are really sharp and some are a bit blunt

People still use those things? Other than for Halloween pies, that is.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

Scraping your face with a pumice stone stings a bit.  ;D

The better you prep, the sharper the blade can seem.  my Feathers always seem very consistent, I have to say.

Try King of Shaves cream and their razor. Though with my current issues I might not seem the most obvious person to recommend anything to do with shaving...lol

Feathers, decent brush, nice cream and a good DE razor  ;)

Warm face, apply nice thick lather, warm razor, and then 3x passes  ;D

Poly, can you tell me who stocks the KIng Of Shaves razors these days? Brother loved them but can't find them, anywhere these days. They were originally from Boyes in Kendal but they no longer get them so any ideas would be great!

Tesco stock them as do Sainsburys or I should phrase it that I have seen them in both recently.

our supermarkets don't appear to stock anything other than brushes and soap, no razors and very occasionally blades in big plastic boxes. So I order all my stuff on line, the blades I bought from ebay @ 25 blades for £5.50  so works out really cheap :)
