It has been a problematic first half of the year for me,with a serious break to my right foot in February and lately, a third seizure.
These ailments have conspired to keep me off the bike which has manifested itself in substantial weight gain.
My target is to lose 20kg using a combination of exercise and diet and regain my cycling fitness.
I thought i would record progress here in an effort to maintain motivation.
