It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Wallowing in my own crapulence.

It is Sunday evening, and therefore the Rogerzilla roast has just been consumed with a bottle of plonk.

Am fullt stuffed and about to go to bed after a fine Hyderabadi biryani.  A fine end to a manic day.

Having booked a load of train tickets and hotels, I'm now off to the bath to try and boil this cold out of me.

Cooling down after my bath. Chuffin' eck it was hot! I have to be really careful not to stand up too quick now, lest I pass out.

Watching James Taylor.  Interested to know what Triathlon's Gandalf might be considering.  Wondering why I am still hungry despite feeding my face.  Thinking about sorting out the washing but not doing anything about it.

Making plans for my future.

Scouring the house for any more Ibuprofen.  Sore throat isn't bad enough to make the move on up to Codeine.  So slightly guilty about not going to work.

Taking an 'onsite backup' copy of MSO SB 2007 prior to sending the originals out to one of our reps (probably never to be seen again).

Dripping on the chair after an 45 mins of intervals on the turbo.  Watching the river rise and waiting for the council to let me know if they are going to issue sandbags.

Snoozing intermittently. Getting up at 7 a.m. to make porridge for a commuting daughter is taking its toll.

None specifically, at least not until I get my swimming sorted out.  I'm going to start lessons on a Saturday afternoon.  £12 for an hour doesn't seem unreasonable.

I am doing a short Duathlon in April though.

Thinking about LE who is not outside, and Annie who is dripping enough already.
