Any Premiereship footballer that :

Takes drugs/drink drives/crashes a Bentley/roasts a girl in a hotel with his mates/racially abuses another player/wears bling/wears anything that resembles rap threads/gets sent off/releases a chart single/beats up his girlfriend/writes his life story at the age of 20/refuses to play for his club/resigns from international duty at the age of 26/misses training and worst of all. treats Cheryl Cole like dirt.

(I think that's about most of them then).

The bloody idiot in the black Audi convertible on the A49 in Hadnall today that decided to overtake the cars overtaking me cycling when there were cyclists coming in the other direction.

4 a breast on an A road, cyslists on both outsides and this knob comes through the middle well in excess of the village 40 mph speed limit.

Not much room for error, or a pot-hole wobble

I couldn't get his number or I would have reported him to the Police.

TWAT of the highest order

What’s your biggest extravagance?

Traffic fines. London is my city and I will drive where I like in it: down Oxford St, pedestrian zones, bus lanes, right turns regardless of signs, wrong way down one-ways, then I park and walk, and if they tow me I think of it as valet parking. Then sometimes you get a letter with a little photo of yourself in your car doing something naughty and they want £80. But mostly you get away with it.

Knob-end.

I think his twattishness was taken as given, without any need for it to be made explicit.

Always a safe choice, but has he done something specific?

He's a Tory - as far as forum political orthodoxy goes, just existing is probably more than enough.  ;)

As a break from the party-political nominations, may I commend Justin Bieber for a lifetime uber-twat award?

Always a safe choice, but has he done something specific?

He repeated the lies about Hillsborough, asserting them as fact.  Blaming drunken fans (as the late, unlamented Irvine Patnick MP did) against all the evidence in the report of the Commission is just sickening.

So not a party political nomination at all.  More a question of common decency.

Mind you, since it was the Tories who started spreading the lies, and reinforced them, Bernard Ingham and the sainted Margaret included, and attempted to quash the protests of such as IIRC Chris Mullin and others (more to the left than the right) who sought the truth, it seems to have been made a partisan issue by the liars in the Tory party and the Murdoch press, and Mellor continues that shameful tradition.
